Weeping of the Empire: statically recompiling Tears of the Kingdom for Windows
Weeping of the Empire builds a native Windows port of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom from the user's Switch game dump. It recompiles ARM64 code ahead of time to x86-64, supplies Switch services through a host runtime and renders through Vulkan. The engine documentation credits totk-recomp as the starting point and identifies the added Windows port, renderer, controls and menus.
