# Soundcore D3200: reconstructing BLE recording transfer and decryption

> A Soundcore D3200 investigation reconstructs the BLE exchange used to list and transfer encrypted recordings. Its Python client performs a P-256 ECDH handshake, derives session and file keys, decrypts AES-256-CTR Opus packets and writes an Ogg/Opus file.

## Requirements & limits

- **Prerequisites:** Python 3.12 or newer, a Bluetooth adapter and an available D3200 recorder are required.
- **Prerequisites:** The recorder must be disconnected from the Soundcore app before connecting.
- **Testing evidence:** A real-recording regression test requires the user's own capture fixtures.
- **License:** GPL-3.0-or-later licence.
