RND Companion: reconstructing the RND Synth SysEx protocol
RND Companion reconstructs the Cymaforma RND Synth's SysEx control vocabulary and implements a C++ codec and companion plugin for patch seeds. The protocol notes identify framing and seed or status commands from a web app and one hardware capture. The client can use a direct MIDI port or host MIDI routing and stores a curated seed library.
