RE4METoolbox
RE4METoolbox provides command-line utilities for examining and modifying Resident Evil 4 Mobile Edition files. RE4MEAcvTool unpacks and repacks ACV .bin archives, while RE4METextTool converts Mission and Resource .bin text files to TSV and repacks edited text.
