## Requirements & limits

- **Prerequisites:** A Windows PC with Bluetooth and an Echelon bike advertising a name beginning with ECH are required.
- **Testing evidence:** The author reports end-to-end testing on a Connect EX-5 only; resistance writing requires a motorized resistance mechanism.
- **License:** GPL-3.0-or-later.
